Vendasta claims to offer a bunch of services like marketing automation, white labeling, CRM, and task management. But honestly, it does none of that.

This platform is supposed to be about marketing automation, yet it hardly automates anything. Just today, I found out I can't even embed their meeting booking tool into my own webpages using HTML, and importing leads from my contact forms (Elementor) into their email marketing system is a no-go.

Now, I’m stuck paying for Mailchimp and Calendly in addition to Vendasta just to get the basics done. If I had gone with GoHighLevel, I wouldn't be facing these issues.

I really suggest you look into GoHighLevel. From what my mentors have told me, it’s the go-to software for marketing automation.

And about their so-called 'white label' features? You’d be better off running in the opposite direction.

My experiences with their 'white glove' service were a nightmare; they charged $1,150 and only brought in $75 for my client. The following month, I managed to generate $2,775 for them with just $500 spent on Google Ads myself. Their 'social media posts' completely ignored every instruction I provided during our launch call. Thank goodness that was just a trial on one of my accounts; the posts (generic stock photos with bland captions) were so awful that I would have been embarrassed to show them to a client.

No one should ever spend money on Vendasta. I write these reviews to prevent their sales team from tricking future agency owners, big or small, like they did to me. I won’t stop until Vendasta gives me an early termination.

They offer excellent customer support, a friendly sales team, and a wide range of solutions. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pricing is a bit tough to swallow. It’s quite steep for agencies needing a white label option. Honestly, I’d prefer to lose a bit of commission rather than fork out over $590 each month just to use the system and get that white label service.
